đ How to Track Your Order
Method 1: Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information
Method 2: Log Into Your Account
If you created an account when placing your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Order History"
- Click on your order to view tracking details
Method 3: Track Directly with Carrier
Enter your tracking number on your carrier's website:

| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We've received your order and payment. It's being prepared for shipment. |
| Processing | Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch (1-3 business days). |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you! Check your tracking number for updates. |
| In Transit | Your package is moving through the carrier's network toward your delivery address. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today! |
| Delivered | Your package has been successfully delivered. Check your doorstep, mailbox, or safe place. |
â Tracking Issues?
My tracking number isn't working
Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after your order ships. If it's been longer than 48 hours and your tracking still doesn't work, please contact us.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days
This can happen during customs processing (for international orders) or during peak shipping periods. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
Tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive my package
Please:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days at info.mitendistores@gmail.com
I haven't received a tracking number
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships (typically 1-3 business days after order placement). Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us with your order number.

International shipments may experience delays due to:
- Customs clearance and inspection
- Import duties and tax processing
- Local postal service handling
- Peak seasons or holidays
These delays are beyond our control, but we're here to help if you have concerns about your shipment.
