- Custom Orders: Custom-made products (e.g., personalized wigs or hair extensions) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required.
🔄 How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email sales.michanstores@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
💸 Refunds
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Refunds include the item cost (excluding original shipping fees).
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, or products marked “final sale” are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales.michanstores@gmail.com with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
🔄 Exchanges
- Same Item: If you need a different size, color, or style, we’ll process an exchange (subject to availability) once the original item is returned in eligible condition.
- Process: Follow the same return steps and specify your exchange preference in your email. You’ll only pay for shipping the new item.
- Custom Orders: Exchanges for custom products are not available unless the item is defective.
